Our promise
Curiosity, with the details checked.
WellRoamed helps you find a Utah story worth the drive. Here is what our labels mean.
Checked by our team
A person has reviewed the place’s description and practical information. For a story route, the team also checks the stop sequence and the story connecting it. A review is not a claim that we have visited every place.
When a review has a named editor or recorded date, you’ll find those details with the place.
From official listings
These places come from published sources such as parks, museums and public agencies. They pass our identity, location, visit-time and source checks. The label is different because an individual team review may still be outstanding.
A drive that fits your day
Road times and miles come from Google Maps when a route check succeeds. We compare arrival times with posted hours where available. Unknown hours, prices or road conditions stay clearly labeled. Current traffic, closures and the operator’s latest advice can change a plan.
Real risks stay visible
Rough roads, required bookings, strenuous walks and uncertain access belong beside the choice they affect. A mapped location does not prove that a road is open or suitable for your car. Campsites and lodging always need provider confirmation.
Your day belongs to you
Swap a stop, add lunch or change the route ending. Saving keeps your plan in your account. Your Been there notes are a private journal, not a public review. We do not publish them as testimonials.
