Public beta
Terms of Use
Effective September 1, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Liddell Educational Technologies LLC, the Utah company that operates WellRoamed. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, share, automate, or misuse an account. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
Planning aid—not a safety authority
WellRoamed organizes travel information; it does not guarantee that a route or activity is safe, lawful, open, available, affordable, accessible, suitable, or reachable. Weather, wildfire, road conditions, closures, schedules, prices, permits, vehicle range, charging, and business information can change quickly. Check current official sources, posted rules, and conditions before departure and during travel. Do not use the service for emergencies or safety-critical navigation.
Your responsibilities
- Obey laws, closures, property boundaries, permits, reservations, posted rules, and land-manager instructions.
- Use reasonable judgment about health, mobility, weather, road, wildlife, water, fire, altitude, vehicle, and supervision risks.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, attack, evade quotas, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or interfere with another person’s use.
- Do not submit unlawful, threatening, infringing, or needlessly sensitive personal information through feedback, memories, or support.
Your content and feedback
You retain rights in trip names, memories, feedback, and support content you submit. You give WellRoamed a limited license to store, process, display back to you, and use that content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Feedback may be used without compensation, but personal support messages are not published as testimonials without separate permission.
Third-party services
The service may use or link to Google Maps Platform, Supabase, Tesla, OpenAI, public-land providers, Viator, and other third parties. Their own terms, notices, eligibility rules, fees, and availability apply. Google Maps use is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms. A link, rating, route, or result is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Tesla handoff
Tesla connection and vehicle handoff may be offered as optional beta features, but remain unavailable until the signed-command service passes production verification. If enabled later, a successful account connection will not guarantee that a particular vehicle can accept a route. Tesla’s app, vehicle, commands, navigation, and current instructions remain authoritative. Never interact with a device while driving.
Intellectual property
WellRoamed’s software, selection, organization, original writing, and branding belong to Liddell Educational Technologies LLC or its licensors. Source facts, public records, provider content, photographs, and maps may have separate owners and licenses. These Terms give you a personal, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Beta availability and changes
The public beta may change, pause, impose account or usage caps, remove integrations, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms when practices or laws change. Material updates may require renewed acceptance.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Liddell Educational Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, travel costs, injury, property damage, or losses caused by reliance on changing third-party or travel information. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use; governing law
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, and limits—continue after account deletion. Utah law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Contact
Questions, disputes, accessibility issues, and legal notices can be submitted through the support form. Include a reliable reply address and enough detail to identify the issue.
